Return/Exchange Policy

Our goal at lavish hair comapny is to ensure all our customers are 100% satisfied. 

• No refunds.
• Exchanges are allowed. You are responsible for the shipping cost for items purchased initially to be shipped back to us but the cost for shipping of the exchanged items will be on us.
• The texture may change but the lengths must stay the same.
• Once packages are dropped off at post office, we no longer have control, you will have to contact USPS for any details once you received tracking number.
